Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from The Hemp Nation. Our Products

The Hemp Nation sells hemp-derived products. All products offered contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. Product availability, including shipping eligibility, varies by state and local jurisdiction, and it is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws that apply where you live. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that we believe would violate applicable law.

The statements made regarding our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information provided on this site is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or an unauthorized or illegal transaction. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and local delivery are subject to the terms set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy, including restrictions on vape products and delivery areas. Local delivery requires the recipient to be 21 years of age or older and to present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, available on this website.
