Shipping & Delivery

1. Where We Ship
We ship eligible products anywhere that federal, state, and local laws allow. Because the rules around hemp products change frequently, product availability and shipping eligibility might vary depending on your location.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if we determine that shipping it to your address is not legally permitted or creates a compliance risk.
2. The "No Vapes in the Mail" Rule
We do not ship vape products. Period.
This restriction includes, but is not limited to:

  • Disposable vapes
  • Cartridges
  • Vape pens and batteries
  • Vape liquids
  • Any vape hardware, parts, or accessories

If you add vape products to a shipping order, those items (or the entire order) will be canceled. To purchase vapes, you will need to buy them in-store or select local delivery at checkout.
3. Local Delivery
Local delivery is available in select areas. Here is what you need to know before you order:

  • 21+ Only: The person receiving the delivery must be at least 21 years old.
  • Have Your ID Ready: You must present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the door. If we cannot verify your age and identity, we cannot hand over the product.
  • Failed Deliveries: If we cannot complete a delivery because you gave us the wrong address, failed age verification, weren't available, or refused to show ID, the order will be canceled. We may deduct a reasonable delivery or processing fee from your refund to cover the trip.

4. Shipping Times & Delays
We process orders as quickly as possible, but shipping and delivery estimates at checkout are not guaranteed. Once a package is handed off to the carrier, transit times are out of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier service disruptions, holidays, or incorrect addresses.
5. Double-Check Your Info
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned to us because of a typo or an incomplete address.
You are also responsible for understanding your local laws and knowing whether the products you are buying can be legally received and possessed at your destination.
